Think of it this way, put yourself in the position of the HR manager at a firm to whom you'll be applying. Let's say there are 3 other applicants competing with you for the same position. When they show up they only demonstrate their understanding of the job functions of an HR assistant or manager and are a bit vague as to why they actually applied to the specific firm in the specific AI category. Then someone shows up and demonstrates to you, the HR screener, that not only are they certified for HR (but in their resume, they label theirself as a SHR). On top of that they also bring with them an accredited aPHR certification, plus not only have they listed a unique Familiarity Specific Addendum some key AI requirements and functions desirable to the AI firm they're applying to, but are also knowledgeable enough on the topics they highlighted in their Familiarity Addendum to engage in a conversion with you (the HR screener) showing they have the certifications of both HR/aPHR and sound basic knowledge for both the firm's product(s) they are developing as well as the mission statement of the firm itself. Don't you t think this individual would gain your attention and respect, and also, your strong consideration for the position? By the way, while this may sound basic, before applying to any firm you should not only be aware of their mission statement, but also study some of the inner-working characteristics and guidelines as well. Look at an HR (SHR) assistant/manager as a Casting Agent in Hollywood. It's their job to bring the producers that most talented person for a 'specific' part, that's you, the HR screener.

That being highlighted, here's an example of three job functions where taking extra time in analyzing in a bit more detail will put you ahead of the rest competing for the same HR position. This job title alone has multiple sub-titles/functions associated with it. For example:

• Natural Language Processing, - (Human API)
• Computer Vision or Visionary if you will
• Predictions/Insights/Suggestive Cognizance

Not a psychic but a programmer implementing those various human traits into a computer chip so to speak.

Here's another example:

Yahoo engineers have recently developed an algorithm designed to emulate certain traits of Human attitudes, such as sarcasm on social media and websites with an accuracy of 80%. Another example of the advancement attempts being developed in AI.

So as you can see by the few basic examples of what AI is about you can get a general idea of how to plan your strategy towards this high paying and highly technical and advancing industry. Remember, with AI and Robotics, they're only as efficient as what they are programmed to function.
