Spanish-Speaking Legal
Secretary or ParalegalSeeking a bilingual
Spanish-English legal secretary or paralegal to assist Family Law
attorney and Office Manager in friendly, but busy small law firm in
Woodland Hills.
Skills required: Spanish fluency, Microsoft Word,
Excel, Outlook, Google Calendar, type 40 wpm, have a pleasant and clear
telephone voice, kind demeanor with clients, team player, quick learner,
organized, punctual, not repeat mistakes. Must be honest/ethical and
have a clean background check. Must have reliable transportation and
willing to occasionally lift a file box or two from storage. Assist
Office Manager with answering phones, calendaring appointments,
accepting credit card payments, and mail/fax/scan/copy/email documents,
and greeting clients.
Skills preferred: 2 years minimum clerical
experience, experience working in a law firm, experience working with
family law, familiarity with preparing judicial council forms,
discovery, proofs of service, or other legal documents.
Hours
are: 9 am to 5:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch, Monday through Friday.
